Cargo Handling
Build Port provides full container, break bulk and project cargo handling solutions for all our network partners including airlines and shipping lines. If you want to assure the safety of your cargo to your client there are well-tailored solutions for freehand handling and consolidation with our total insurance cover on goods in transit.
Sea & Air Freighting
Build Port, your reliable international freight forwarder, provides a full range of services for the transportation and management of cargo. Our experienced staff has been providing service for so many years and can assist you with any questions you may have about shipping your goods.
Warehousing
Our facility is equipped with the latest in security technology, including a 24-hour CCTV system, racking/shelving systems, equipment handling such as forklifts, pallets jacks, weighing scales, smoke detectors, hydrants and more. Our highly trained staff handles all shipments with care. This includes Dangerous Goods (D.G.). Our in-house customs offices are well equipped and supported to ensure all deliveries are made within hours at the C.F.S.
Haulage
We have a fleet of trucks and trailers suited to every type of cargo. We use tracking devices on all our vehicles, which are monitored day and night. Our drivers are trained and certified by the National Road Safety Commission to handle all types of cargoes safely, including dangerous goods. All our operational vehicles carry insurance for goods in transit.
Project Cargo
Build Port’s modern fleet of heavy transport equipment is unparalleled in range and capacity, including everything from conventional trailers and barges to skidding systems and self-propelled modular transporters (SPMTs). With the specifics of each load to take into account, customized solutions are sometimes required, and Build Port’s skilled engineers frequently adapt existing systems to meet new challenges as components, modules and equipment grow in size and complexity.
Customs Brokage
We arrange the import and export clearance of goods and services for clients through customs and other government agencies. We look at our clients’ businesses as extensions of ours, so we ask pertinent questions, vet their documents to ensure that goods are cleared compliantly, and take the place of our clients in facing the stress of dealing with government officials. In order to streamline the process of clearance, we know all the rules and regulations that exist in the industry and ensure they are followed to avoid unnecessary rent charges that accrue because of delays.
